These Terms and Conditions expressly regulate the purchase and sale relationship between ANI’S LITTLE STORIES and the WEB USER who purchases ANI’S LITTLE STORIES brand items through the WEB (hereinafter the CLIENT).

The purchase of ANI’S LITTLE STORIES brand products through the WEB entails the express acceptance and without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of these Purchase Conditions.

WEB CONTENT AND INFORMATION

ANI’S LITTLE STORIES reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the WEB, modifying products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions, at any time and without prior notice to the USER.

It is the will of ANI´S LITTLE STORIES that the information offered on the WEB is true and without typographical errors. If in any case, and at all times beyond the control of ANI’S LITTLE STORIES, an error of this type occurs, it will be corrected immediately. If any CUSTOMER had made a purchase decision based on said typographical error, ANI’S LITTLE STORIES will notify the CUSTOMER of said error and the latter will have the right to withdraw from their purchase at no cost on their part.

In the event that ANI’S LITTLE STORIES cannot contact the CUSTOMER or does not receive a response from the CUSTOMER within a reasonable period of time, the order will be considered cancelled.

PRICES

All the prices of the products and services included in the WEB are expressed in Euros, and include VAT.

Please note that if you are outside the European Union, you will need to be aware of and pay for local customs taxes.

Product prices do not include shipping and delivery costs, unless explicitly stated so. For more information, consult the section TIMES, FORMS AND DELIVERY DEADLINES of the WEB.

Before proceeding to pay for the products selected by the CUSTOMER, a final summary will be presented to the CUSTOMER identifying the selected products and their total price, including taxes and shipping costs.

PURCHASING PROCESS

To make the purchase, the USER must include the desired product in the “Cart”. Once the USER accesses the cart and, before proceeding to pay for them, a final summary will be presented identifying the Product(s) purchased and their total price (Taxes and transport included).

SECURE PAYMENT

Once the details of the order have been reviewed, by clicking on the “FINISH PURCHASE” button, the user will be taken to the validation page of the shipping address and payment of the order.

Payment will be made by card payment through the STRIPE payment gateway (payment system that complies with secure electronic commerce standards), where the USER can complete the payment of the order directly with a credit or debit card without the need to create an account. The requested bank details are handled in a secure, complete and confidential manner, using SSL security certificates.

Through this system, in order for the CUSTOMER to be able to buy with his credit card, it will be essential that the bank issuing the credit card accept payment through Secure Shopping. Therefore, if you have problems with your purchase, please contact your bank.

From ANI´S LITTLE STORIES there is no access at any time to the confidential information related to the means of payment.

SHIPPING

The shipping costs will be detailed both on the CART page and in “FINISH PURCHASE”.

Orders will be delivered to the address that you indicate on the “FINISH PURCHASE” page, so ANI’S LITTLE STORIES does not assume any responsibility in the event that the delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided being incorrect. or are incomplete.

Shipping details:

All shipments, both national and international, are made through CORREOS (Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, S.A.) as a Certified Letter, and the CUSTOMER will be provided with the shipping reference for tracking.

Shipping times:

Each piece in ANI´S LITTLE STORIES is lovingly handmade by me, so I will need between 1 and 2 business days to prepare and ship it. Once shipped, we will confirm the shipment and the shipment number via email so that you can track it.

Delivery time from shipment:

The following deadlines are indicative and refer to working days:

Spain: 1-3 Peninsula and 4-7 Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
European Union and United Kingdom: 3-7
United States and Canada: 7-14
Other destinations: consult

Please note that if you are outside the European Union, you will need to be aware of and pay for local customs taxes. If your order is affected by these tariffs, you must pay them directly to the transport company or the competent authorities.

WARRANTY

Your ANI’S LITTLE STORIES jewel has a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase regarding material defects and manufacturing errors. The characteristics of the product, typical of its nature, as well as the damage caused by misuse of the same are excluded from its coverage.

We recommend that you read the information in the TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY section included in the information on each product to preserve them in the most appropriate way.

Within this period your jewel will be repaired free of charge, and in the event that this is not possible, or the repair involves a disproportionate expense, I will replace it with another piece of equal value.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The most important thing for me is that you are happy and comfortable with your chosen piece, so if you are not, you can return, change or cancel your order. To do this, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. The deadlines will be:

Return of the order: 7 days from receipt.
Cancellation request: before shipment.

Personalized orders cannot be returned, unless they have arrived damaged or defective.

I suggest you send your returns prepaid as a registered letter or as a package with a return receipt requested. I cannot assume any responsibility for damage, loss or theft that occurs during transport.
